Healthy eating means consuming the right quantity of food from all of the food groups, in order to lead a healthy life. People also call it a 'balanced diet'. Having a balanced diet is a way towards leading a healthy life!!! People who eat healthy food have less risk of strokes, heart disease, diabetes etc
It helps decrease bone problems and reduces the risk of developing kidney stones
It reduces risks of constipation
It is proven that people who eat healthier foods live longer Unhealthy food pyramid!!! Why People Eat Unhealthy Food??? Balanced Diet Why a balanced diet is important??? Risks of eating unhealthy food!!! People eating junk food have higher risks of contracting diabetes, heart disease and other major diseases
A study complete within Britain proved that people eating junk food are more depressed
A British study of JUNK FOODS proved that children who ate junk food when they were toddlers, grew up "less intelligent"!!! What a balanced diet consists of??? Unhealthy food is more available than healthy food, for example in local stores
Unhealthy food is a lot cheaper than healthy food
People usually ignore the effects unhealthy food could do to their body
Most peoples' opinion say that junk food is a lot tastier than healthy food, for example people prefer McDonalds rather than a salad One type of food will not give you all of the necessary nutrients required for a human body to function properly, therefore a person should mix and match different foods from the different food groups to get all the requirements and to maintain good health and a sensible weight.
