GRS will continue to add new qualified professionals through systematic name gathering of source companies. GRS will also contact new contacts through referrals
EMAIL CAMPAIGN
GRS will compose a company confidential email detailing key points of the job to relevant industry professionals
GRS will proactively search LinkedIn, Monster and Indeed for qualified professionals. We will also leverage our industry specific LinkedIn groups and post the position on our web site that attracts candidates in your specific niche
SOCIAL NETWORKING/JOB BOARDS
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Base Salary:
Sales: $70,000 - $100,000
Sales Manager: $100,000 - $120,000

Incentive:
Sales: % of GM - $40,000 - $100,000
Sales Manager: Up to $80,000 in Commission/Bonus

Company Car/Car Allowance:
Monthly allowance and/or Mileage reimbursement

TARGET PROFILE TO ATTRACT
Needs to be an aggressive hunter with a strong desire to grow sales
Strong mechanical aptitude with an ability to work with engineers to solve their problems
Experience selling rotating equipment, preferably pumps
Experience selling a mechanically engineered product to refining, petro-chem, ship building or power gen markets
Background of technical inside sales or application engineering with a desire and the right personality for outside sales could work well

The person in this role will have the ability to have a huge impact on the company
This is an international organization that is extremely profitable
The Sales Manager position is a highly autonomous role in which someone will have the ability to run the Sales department like it is their own business
This person will have the ability to get quick decisions for customers and growth initiatives

No money up front to begin the search
Fee based on an estimate of the candidate’s first year earnings
30% of that amount

Reduced fee of 27% of first year earnings
Engagement fee of $5,000 for each individual position to begin the search
Commitment allows us to put full resources into the search
