What is
biomorphic & Organic Biomorphic & Organic Biomorphic Biomorphic architecture is the design of building directly influenced by the animal, vegetal, human body and anatomical structure with chosen materials to create aesthetic harmony. Biomorphic architecture has four different type of form. Organic Biomorphic Calatrava Santiago Calatrava Valls (born 28 July 1951) is a Spanish architect, sculptor and structural engineer whose principal office is in Zürich, Switzerland. Classed now among the elite designers of the world, he has offices in Zürich, Paris, Valencia, and New York City. Frank Lloyd Wright Organic Frank Lloyd Wright, who is American architect, interior designer, writer and educator, who designed more than 1,000 structures and completed 500 works. He believed in designing structures which were in harmony with humanity and its environment. It is called organic architecture. Best example of his design for Fallingwater (1935), which has been called "the best all-time work of American architecture". Wright was a leader of the Prairie School movement of architecture and developed the concept of the Usonian home, his unique vision for urban planning in the United States.
His work includes original and innovative examples of many different building types, including offices, churches, schools, skyscrapers, hotels, and museums. Wright also designed many of the interior elements of his buildings, such as the furniture and stained glass. Wright authored 20 books and many articles and was a popular lecturer in the United States and in Europe. His colorful personal life often made headlines, most notably for the 1914 fire and murders at his Taliesin studio. Already well known during his lifetime, Wright was recognized in 1991 by the American Institute of Architects as "the greatest American architect of all time." Biomorphic & Organic Antoni Gaudi Antoni Gaudí i Cornet (Catalan pronunciation: [ntni wði]; 25 June 1852–10 June 1926) was a Spanish Catalan architect and figurehead of Catalan Modernism. Gaudí's works reflect his highly individual and distinctive style and are largely concentrated in the Catalan capital of Barcelona, notably his magnum opus, the Sagrada Família.
Much of Gaudí's work was marked by his big passions in life: architecture, nature, religion. Gaudí studied every detail of his creations, integrating into his architecture a series of crafts in which he was skilled: ceramics, stained glass, wrought ironwork forging and carpentry. He introduced new techniques in the treatment of materials, such as trencadís, made of waste ceramic pieces.
After a few years under the influence of neo-Gothic art and Oriental techniques, Gaudí became part of the Catalan Modernista movement which was reaching its peak in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. His work transcended mainstream Modernisme, culminating in an organic style inspired by nature. Gaudí rarely drew detailed plans of his works, instead preferring to create them as three-dimensional scale models and molding the details as he was conceiving them.
Gaudí’s Roman Catholic faith intensified during his life and religious images permeate his work. This earned him the nickname "God's Architect" and led to calls for his beatification Organic architecture promotes HARMONY between human habitation and the natural world through design approaches. INTERPRETATION OF NATURE is the important factor which differentiates organic architecture from other architectures. Organic architecture must be influenced by the natural surroundings in light of conserving the environment thus this can adapt well to its environment both in the future, as it does in the present. The essence of organic architecture is to create a dwelling that isn’t just functional, but also a place of merriment for anyone who resides in it. Even In ASIA, we have the specific word for organic called ‘feng shui’ which symbolizes the harmony between human habitation and the nature. This shows how it is important for being able to communicate with the nature when designing a building. be inspired by nature and be sustainable, healthy, conserving, and diverse.
unfold, like an organism, from the seed within.

His architecture called ‘Fallingwater’ is the most popular representation of organic architecture which is built over a water fall. "study nature, love nature, stay close to nature. It will never fail you." Güell Palace 1900-1914
