We are here to answer your questions and help you prepare for the start of your semester. Vancouver Island University is a friendly environment with many resources available, so let’s get started!
By the end of this warm-up you will…
• Know at least one other person on campus

• Know your way around campus and learn a lot about VIU in the process

• Avoid first day line ups and have a new shiny ID card
Resources for Learning
• Familiarize yourself with the VIU website and service areas on campus

• Math Learning Centre

• Bookstore- New Textbooks, used Textbooks, and rentals of e-books

• Get to know the library! You will spend a good portion of your time there

• Writing Centre

• IT Help desk

• Attend class
