Transcript of Monster vs NOS

Panax Ginseng
NOS contains Panax Ginseng, which is an ancient root from China. It has many medicinal properties. It has proven in multiple studies to help with diabetes. Some studies even say it could help fight breast cancer, and has many antibiotic properties. It is all natural and very healthy. NOS contains over 135mg of Panax Ginseng! Caffeine
Caffeine can help prevent some types of cancer. It is naturally found in coffee beans and some tea leaves. Caffeine gives you energy and is natural. If you really want energy- drink NOS, because it has almost 95% more caffeine per bottle than Monster!
Caffeine's chemical formula is
C8H10N4O2. Taurine
Taurine is an amino acid compound that helps neurological development and also helps regulate salt and water levels in blood. Many studies have shown that Taurine could even improve athletic and mental performance. NOS has over 2570mg of Taurine, while Monster only has 2000mg! The chemical formula for Taurine is C2H7NO3S Monster drinks can be very dangerous. Even just a few cans could kill you. As in the case of a 14 year old girl who died in May of 2011 from drinking just a few cans of Monster. Many think Monster is unsafe and should be banned because of events like this. There has also been many reports of near death experiences because of this drink. NOS vs. Monster While Monster may give you some energy, there are many side effects: nausea, headaches, and indigestion! Also recent studies have shown Monster to increase heart problems. Also, each can contains over 54 grams of sugar which can increase blood pressure and cause problems with your heart and body. In comparison, the FDA recommends that the average adult male consumes no more than 36 grams of sugar a day. Many people also dislike Monster for its taste. It is very bitter and unappetizing. NOS tastes more like a juice or soda, and is almost twice as potent in energy! Written by:
