Who is Glass Man??
One of the most common unthinkables who can make someone shatter- if he gets into their brain
He lets you be flexible to some extent, but then all of a sudden he just breaks
He does not let you melt down slowly; he quickly starts getting very upset, often over "tiny" problems
He usually makes you think things aren't "fair"
What does it look like when Glass Man makes you shatter?
Kicking other people or objects
Throwing objects to break them or hit another person
Swearing or saying mean things to others
Screaming
Hit objects or other people
Crying
How does Glass Man make you feel?
What would SUPERFLEX do??
Superflex Strategy #1:
SELF TALK
"I'm starting to get mad. I need to move away and take a break."

"I need to stop and take a deep breath before I continue what I am doing."

"This is a tiny problem, I do not need to get angry."
Superflex Strategy #2:
TIGHTEN AND RELAX
When getting frustrated, TIGHTEN all of the muscles in my body and then RELAX them
Superflex Strategy #3:
IDENTIFY THE SIZE OF THE PROBLEM
Create and use a five point scale of things that make you shatter and figure out appropriate reactions to match the size of the problem
REMEMBER
Use your Superflex Strategies to beat Glass Man when he tries to invade your brain! You can be a superhero and defeat him!
