Every question with a red asterisk needs to be answered before you continue.
Answer the Personal Preferences questions
If you are under 18, print out the PDF version so you and your parent/guardian can sign it and submit it to Residence Life.
Read & agree to the Housing Contract

Select the New & Transfer Student application for the term you will be starting at Kettering.
Click the button
Login to ApplyOnline
Go to myhousing.kettering.edu
Login with your Username and Password
Logging into MyHousing
Find Your True North: How to Apply for Housing
New/Transfer Students

Click the down button to see all the available applications
Click I Agree then the Next button
Request any specific Living Preferences.
The living preferences are used if you are requesting a specific unit in Thompson Hall.
Units are a section of the floor that students live in.
Each unit has a Resident Assistant and some units are specific living environments.
If you have no preference, you may skip the question and hit continue.
Click the down button to see all the available Units
Make sure to hit Add Request if you request a specific Unit
Choose a Dining Plan.
All New Students are required to have Plan A
We have two options:
-Option 1: 19 meals per week + $75 *BJ Bucks/term
-Option 2: 14 meals per week +$150 *BJ Bucks/term

*What is a BJ Buck? BJ Bucks work just like cash, are tax free and can be used in any of
the retail dining areas to purchase items.
