How Does a Bank Earn Money?
When someone pays back a loan they have to pay the bank a little bit more money than they recived.
Some times the bank will charge money for you to withdraw your money
What is Interest?
Interest is when the bank pays you a little bit of money for every dollar you keep in the bank. Most interest rates in Michigan are 6%.
