Manifestation of the Spirit
1 Corinthians 12:11

“All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills.”
1 Peter 4:10-11

“10 As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace: 11 whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.”
Romans 12:6-8

“6 Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; 7 if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; 8 the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.”
In one sense, Spiritual Gifts are expressions of the Holy Spirit in and through you so much that they are a part of your identity.
1 Corinthians 12:4
“Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit.”
Spiritual Gifts are Divine Enablement’s in the life of a Believer that will be a part of their identity and therefore can be done in the Spirit or in the flesh.
Spiritual Gifts and Personality are not connected at all and must not be mingled.
Spiritual Gifts are personality traits and individual abilities that become energized or maximized by the empowering of the Holy Spirit at salvation.
Four Views across a Spectrum
Spiritual Gifting and Personality are both very important and it is helpful and maybe necessary for a Believer to be aware of both of these in their life.
Spiritual Gifts have no necessary correlation to personality. They may relate and they may not.
Moses, Apollos, Paul, the Disciples
1 Corinthians 12:7
“To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.” Every Believer then has been given at least one gift.
1 Corinthians 12:11
“All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills.”
1 Corinthians 12:12, 19-21, 27-31

Every Believer has at least one gift and no Believer has all the gifts.
