¿Qué es?
Cuando el cálculo de muchas celdas incluye a una en particular.
Es necesario que...
Cuando escribamos una referencia absoluta se ponga el símbolo "$", que le indica a Excel que esa dirección no debe cambiar.
El símbolo "$" debe estar antes de la fila y antes de la columna para que al arrastrar la formula, no cambie la celda especificada.
Puedes colocar el símbolo "$" directamente cuando escribas la fórmula ó en la barra de formulas, ubicando el cursos a lado de la celda que quieres conservar y presionando "F4".
