negative emotion. What are your limiting beliefs and values supporting those emotions? 3 Fill in the limited belief and the supporting legs. You may also have roots

Real transformation depends on whether or not one can become present enough to dissolve the past by accessing the energy that is alive in one now Attention is essential, but not to the past as past. give attention to the present, give attention to your behaviour, to your reactions, moods, thoughts, emotions, fears, and desires as they occur in the present. There’s the past in you. If you can be present enough to watch all those things, not critically or analytically but non-judgmentally, then you are dealing with past and dissolving it through the your ability to PAUSE. The more one is present the more one creates the pause, the more one generates energy in and around them, and no discord can enter that field and survive-just as darkness cnnot survive in the presence of light There are 2 levels to ones’ pain: the pain that one creates now and the pain from the past that still lives on in the mind and the body Pain is self created as long as the unobserved mind runs your life Relationships: Self and Other Spiritual Partnership: Your decision to evolve consciously through responsible choice contributes not only to your own evolution but also to the evolution of all of those aspects of humanity in which you participate. It is not just you that is evolving through your decisions, but the entirety of humanity. Unfolding self in relationship with other As souls choose to participate consciouly in more inclusive levels of interaction, they take on not only their own transformation, but alos those of the larger collectives in which they participate Conflict as opportunity whenever your relationship is not working, whenever it brings out the "madness" in you and your partner, be glad; the relationship is here to make you conscious instead of happy; for those who hold on to the old patterns, there will be increasing pain, violence confusion, and madness.
