WORKING BINDER

To hold all the papers and information you need to use in your classes each day.

There are three major benefits of the reserve notebook:

1.You have one place to consistently put all of the work that you finish.

2.You can find completed papers and tests right away. You can look back at old homework if you need to, especially old tests and quizzes that will help you study for unit tests, midterms, and finals.

3.Your working notebook will be less full, confusing, and heavy.

INTRODUCTORY INFO
SIDE NOTES
Besides being a skill that can be applied to practically every aspect of one's life, organization is fortunately a learned behavior. While it takes conscious effort to improve one's organizational skills, it is certainly possible and everyone has the ability to do so.
If you have ever had to search through endless stacks of papers to find the one worksheet that you needed, you know the value of being organized.
Having good organizational skills is about making the best use of your time. Being organized reduces the amount of time you have to dig to uncover important business information. Understand where your time goes.
What are the benefits of being well-organized?
What do the materials of a well-organized student look like?
It consists of 3 parts...
To hold all completed school work. The key word is “completed.” Be careful not to file work that your teacher expects you to use in class, because your reserve notebook does not go with you to class. It stays in your locker or at home – somewhere that you can get to it every week or so.
