About three years later, Sweden chemist Tobern Bergman created a producing machine that made carbonated water from chalk by the use of sulfuric acid. Bergmans equipment allowed imbition mineral water to be produced in greater servings.
How it is made and flavored
Soft drinks are flavored alcohol free drinks prepared with carbonated water. Soft drinks are called soft drinks to seperate them from hard (alcoholic) drinks Some names for these are soda pop, soda or pop. The most consumed soft drink is by far cola. Some flavors include lemon lime, orange, ginger ale and root beer.
These beverages consist of carbonated water and syrup. Carbonated water is made by adding carbon dioxide gas to water thats under pressure. The gas makes the water bubble and fizz. In most cases syrup is produced frm concentrate and sweeteners . a cncentrate consists of a blend of flavor and acid.
