Discrimination Did you know that there are over 100 types of discrimination? Out of the hundreds of types of Discrimination, did you know that Ageism, Ableism and Sexism are three of the dozens of types that can be the most potent?
The definition for Ageism is: When people are denied their natural rights because of their ages There are 2 types of Ageism:
Personal and Institutional Ageism Personal Ageism is when mainly
exclusion from goupes
and activities and
always being talked to
in a negative way because
of your age Institutional Ageism is when people are denied job rights or healthcare because of their ages. Ableism Ableism is when people have
a certain hatred or fear
of people with disabilities
or impairements
