Human Rights are important because they keep the world in balance. If the world has no human rights people will treat others horribly. So the UDHR created 30 rights for all humans. As soon as you are born you have rights. These rights help us be free while not having to go into war.
The police have no right to arrest you or take you out of the country without a very good reason to. If you get framed you cant get arrested. If the police have proof you broke the law then they have the right to arrest you. If the officer does not have proof of the crime he may not be able to arrest you. If you are caught doing spray paint, you may or may not get left with a warning. If you are witnessed with attempt of crime then you can notify a police officer. If not leave the situation and don’t get involved.
If you commit a crime that’s a different story. If you commit a crime like robbing a bank, then you have the right to be arrested. The banks have cameras so the have proof you committed a crime, then you have the right to be arrested. The banks have cameras so the have proof you committed a crime. So then just don’t commit a crime.

If you get arrested even if you didn't do anything wrong, then you can use your rights to defend yourself. If the Police have proof that you have committed a crime you may be arrested. If you witnessed a crime, notify an officer as soon as possible!
