Gamers love to be attached to awe-inspiring missions and to human planetary-scale stories. We're actually happier working hard than we are relaxing, or hanging out. We know that we are optimized as human beings, to do hard, meaningful work. Emotional Reality Games create emotional experiences. "Real" paradigms are used to quickly convey mechanics, rules, and situations, but the final objective is an emotional construction.
