ADVANCED SKILLS YES/AGREEMENT QUESTIONS - Opportunity to create dialogue. Potential donors become a bigger part of the conversation and ultimately remind themselves why they care. MIRRORING AND TONE MATCHING - This comes with loads of specific tactics and tools.
Matching body language is a simple tactic.
