Giving a presentation with Live Prezi

Once you set up your Live Prezi link, you can send it out to clients so they can watch your presentation in real time while you converse. Live Prezi helps your client envision your story as you tell it.

Getting ready for your Live Prezi call

Live Prezi enables you to give your presentation on the fly. If you’re on a call with a client and want to give visuals, just send them the link to your Live Prezi. You’ll see the number of participants below your live link.

Once a client clicks on your Live Prezi link, they’ll see the presentation load. If you haven’t yet started your presentation, your client will see a notice on the screen. Once you start the presentation, your client will see exactly what you see in real time.

Giving a Live Prezi presentation

To start your presentation, click the computer icon located in the top right corner of the top toolbar.

After your presentation loads, you’ll see your Live Prezi link and the number of viewers currently watching your presentation.

Click the arrows at the bottom of your screen to navigate. You can also use the LEFT and RIGHT arrows on your keyboard. To jump to a particular topic, simply click on that topic.

If you’re in a topic or subtopic and would like to zoom out a step to get a look at the bigger picture, just click on the arrow in the lower left corner.

Ending the Live Prezi

Once you’re finished giving the presentation, simply click End in the upper right corner of your screen.

If you’d like to give your client further access to your presentation, there are a few ways you can share your presentation. You can even send a tracking link and use Prezi Analytics to see how your it performs.
