do I get
inspired? Being surrounded by nature. Doing some type of physical activity. Doing some type of physical activity. Traveling to a new destination. Spending time with the ones we love. ~Jack London Today, the dictionary defines inspiration as: a motivating influence that provokes thoughts, emotions, and actions. According to ancient Greek mythology, inspiration
was thought to come from the daughters of Zeus. These mythical goddesses were referred to as muses, and were considered to be the personification of knowledge and the arts--especially literature, dance and music. Throughout history, various theologies and
religions have attributed the source of
inspiration to divine influence. Because people are very different, there is no single,
set way to make every person feel inspired. The key is to learn what works best for you. Zeus This is This is Thalia (goddess of comedy) (god of sky and thunder) For example... These people were considered to be "enlightened." One common factor among these theories is the
idea that people are just randomly struck by a flash
of inspiration--almost as if it happens by accident. Do you think this is true? Does inspiration happen by accident? Or do we have the ability to create it? Here are a few examples of situations and experiences that can trigger inspiration: Witnessing how others have overcome obstacles in their lives. What are some ways you can create inspiration in your life? "Your present circumstances don't determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start."
