Transcript of Cats

What is a cat
This is how wild cats hunt they walk quietly towards there prey some cats are camoflauge so it's prey won't notice it. It will blend in with it's surroundings but it depends on where the cat lives for example snow leopards would blend in with a snowy surrounding.
1.On average, cats spend 2/3 of every day sleeping. That means a nine-year-old cat has been awake for only three years of its life.
2.Unlike dogs, cats do not have a sweet tooth. Scientists believe this is due to a mutation in a key taste receptor.
3.When a cat chases its prey, it keeps its head level. Dogs and humans bob their heads up and down.
4.The technical term for a cat’s hairball is a “bezoar.”
5.A group of cats is called a “clowder.”
6.Female cats tend to be right pawed, while male cats are more often left pawed. Interestingly, while 90% of humans are right handed, the remaining 10% of lefties also tend to be male.
7.A cat cannot climb head first down a tree because its claws are curved the wrong way.
8.Cats make about 100 different sounds. Dogs make only

All About Cats
A cat is a feline. It is a carnivore which means it eats meat a cat is not just a feline they are mammals too because they give birth to live young and nurse them with milk.
This is what people record because cats are the most likely to be very funny
Some important adaptions
of a cat are its retractable claws its great eye sight and agility which they need to catch prey and there spines are really flexible enabling them to use more muscles while running and get higher speeds then other mammals.

It depends what kind of cat it is to know where it lives for example house cats live in a house some captive cats live in zoos some live in the savanna some live in jungles in Africa. Cats live in a lot of different types of environments.

some predators of a cat are birds of prey, Coyotes and Dogs if a dog is given a chance it can easily kill a cat.
Cats like meat, fish, water maybe cat food once in a while that is basically what they eat they can only drink milk when there babies if you give them milk it will lead to them throwing up or diarrhea.
