Matilda by Roald Dahl By Alyssa Oberhauser Personal Life Roald Dahl Inspiration Roald Dahl was born in Llandaff, Whales on September, 13th, 1916. His father and older sister, Astri, died when he was only three years old.
The young Roald loved stories and books, his mother always told Roald and his siblings Norwegian myths. Roald didnt like school, when he went to St. Peter's prep school he very much disliked the headmaster, who didn't like little boys. Roald's dislike in his headmaster is obvious through Ms. Trenchbull His parents were Norwegian in Witches Grandmother is Norwegian He loved chocolate and going to the local candy store as a boy His dad died when he was only three There are a lot of schools with mean headmasters Inferences about England
