GRS will continue to add new qualified professionals through systematic name gathering of source companies. GRS will also contact new contacts through referrals
EMAIL CAMPAIGN
GRS will compose a company confidential email detailing key points of the job to relevant industry professionals
GRS will proactively search LinkedIn, Monster and Indeed for qualified professionals. We will also leverage our industry specific LinkedIn groups and post the position on our web site that attracts candidates in your specific niche
SOCIAL NETWORKING/JOB BOARDS
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Base Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000

Incentive:
Bonus based on combination of total revenue and earnings

Realistic 1st Year Earnings:
$150,000 - $220,000

TARGET PROFILE TO ATTRACT
Previous sales leadership experience (hiring, training, and mentoring sales staff)
Proven ability to formulate and execute a successful sales growth strategy
Outstanding planning & analytical abilities
Previous experience with remanufactured product ideal, but not a must
Ability to gain credibility with highly experienced sales team
Previous experience managing a service oriented sale preferred
Active manager comfortable in the board room as well as direct involvement in customer issues
Entrepreneurial attitude with the desire to play a major role in growing the company
