Email Campaign

GRS will proactively search LinkedIn, Jigsaw, and Ladders for qualified professionals along with monitoring resume boards and job sites

Broad and technical understanding of Motion Controllers, Electrical Drives, and Servo Motors products and their applications
Successful experience selling solutions and value rather than on price
Strong leadership skills with an ability to coach, teach, and motivate sales people
Person must have a good mix of sales, applications, and marketing experience
Must be comfortable working in Matrix organization
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is preferred
Ability to travel 50% overnight
