Americans should cut out the consumption of meat from their diet due to the fact that the consumption of meat is damaging the environment, unhealthy, and morally wrong.
Meat-free living leads to a longer life
Consumption of meat leads to higher risk of cardiovascular problems
Production of meat has a very negative impact on our planet
You will save money
Will help you lose weight or maintain your weight
Protein can be consumed in many different ways not only meat
The inhumane way that animals are slaughtered will make you think twice about eating meat.
Evidence vs Refutation
The consumption of meat is a way of life for many Americans especially here in Texas. Unfortunately the consumption of meat is very unhealthy for humans it can lead to cancer and cardiovascular problems. To become healthy we have to shift to a more vegetarian diet. Giving up meat is very difficult but it might just save your life.
