Summary
In this video, tech creator Luis Urrutia tests Preziās AI features and walks viewers through how to generate a full presentation using a simple prompt. He shows how to navigate Prezi AI, and demonstrates how easy it is to customize the result by changing the style, swapping images, and rewriting content using built-in AI tools (like Simplify, Bold key points, and visual layout options like Flowchart and Zoom).
He also covers adding new frames, inserting media (images, videos, GIFs, charts), embedding PowerPoints or PDFs, and reviewing sharing/export options. Luis' final opinion is very positive: Prezi feels fast, intuitive, and capable of producing high-quality presentations in a fraction of the usual time, making it a strong contender for the best AI presentation maker.

FAQs
What does Prezi AI do in this video? In the video, Prezi AI generates a complete presentation draft from a written prompt. It automatically creates the structure, organizes the content into sections and frames, and lays everything out on Preziās canvas, so you get a presentation you can start presenting or customizing right away.
Can I edit and customize what Prezi AI creates and make it more visual? Yes. After Prezi AI generates your presentation, you can customize everything ā including colors, fonts, images, and text. You can also use AI to transform text into visual layouts or use the AI image generator to make your own visuals.
Can I share, export, or present offline with Prezi? You can share a link, export as a PDF or PowerPoint file, and collaborate live. Offline presenting is available through the desktop app on a paid plan.

0:00 You guys always comment that my presentation tutorials give off Prezi vibes. So today Iām finally trying out Prezi.com to create a presentation.
0:08 And not only that ā together weāll be testing the new AI features they just added, which look incredibly promising, if I do say so myself.
0:15 Honestly, I feel like this might become the best AI presentation maker of 2025.
0:21 Are you ready? Letās get started.
0:23 Prezi is a website that helps you create super engaging presentations with a dynamic canvas where you can pan, zoom, and move between ideas seamlessly.
0:32 Itās one of the best tools for storytelling and interactive presentations.
0:35 And the coolest part is that you donāt even need to download any apps. Just go to Prezi.com on your browser and sign up.
0:41 If you want to try it out for free, Iāve got an exclusive link in the description box below, and you can always upgrade to a paid plan if you find it useful.
0:49 All right ā once youāve signed in on the homepage, thereās this new field where they ask you to describe your presentation.
0:54 Letās go ahead and test it out. For this example, Iāll create a presentation about the Roman Empire.
1:02 So, letās click on Create with AI.
1:04 In this field, you can add all your details. Be as descriptive as you want, or even copy and paste content from a PDF.
1:11 Since my presentation is about the Roman Empire, Iāll ask it to include its rise, key historical figures, major events, cultural impact, and eventual decline.
1:20 You can also add design preferences. So letās ask for a red theme, bold fonts, and nice pictures.
1:26 And then click Generate.
1:29 Letās give it a few seconds and see what it comes up with.
1:31 It only took a few seconds to generate this ā and honestly, I think it looks pretty solid.
1:36 On the first frame, weāve got an overview of the whole deck.
1:39 And these little thumbnails represent each frame. Theyāre categorized into different sections.
1:43 And Iāve got three main clusters, just like I asked for in my outline.
1:46 If you click Present, you can zoom into each category for an overview.
1:51 And if you click on a thumbnail, it takes you to that specific frame.
1:56 You can also drag your mouse around to navigate, or hit the Home button on the right to go back to the main overview.
2:02 Overall, itās looking really good ā but I want to make some changes.
2:05 Iām not sure about this color palette, so letās switch it up.
2:09 If you go to Style, you can change the background colors and fonts.
2:13 Iāll go to Colors and choose one of the default palettes. It will update the whole design.
2:18 And I think I want a darker palette, so Iāll go ahead with this one.
2:21 If you click the Edit button, you can tweak individual colors.
2:25 This bright one doesnāt look great as a background on some frames, so Iāll swap it for a darker tone.
2:29 Yeah ā this is much better.
2:31 Changing the images or editing content is just as easy.
2:33 So letās select one of the frames. I want to swap this image for something more engaging.
2:40 Just click on it, then on this icon, and a panel will pop up on the right with copyright-free images.
2:45 I think this one will work better for this frame, so Iāll go ahead and replace it.
2:50 Now, letās tweak the content.
2:53 I like these bullet points, but I think theyād be better if I simplify them.
2:57 Just highlight the text, go to Ask AI, and click Simplify.
3:02 Amazing.
3:04 And if you want to add some contrast for better readability, just click on Make key points bold.
3:08 Look at that ā Prezi automatically identified the important words and bolded them, making them easier to remember while presenting.
3:14 For this frame, I feel like whatās missing is making it a little bit more visual.
3:18 Thatās also pretty easy to do.
3:19 Just select your paragraph, click on Ask AI, and youāll see a few different options to make it more engaging.
3:26 You can click on Flowchart to get this very cool layout.
3:29 Or maybe Zoom, for example, which makes it look like youāre zooming in to uncover new content.
3:35 If you need to add a new frame to include more content, thatās super easy to do.
3:40 Just click on Add Frame and select a new layout from the panel on the right.
3:44 Iām going to add a quote, so Iāll just select a layout from these options.
3:48 Replace the content, and thatās it.
3:51 Of course, you can also add new text boxes by clicking on Text.
3:53 Or if you go to Media, you can insert images, videos, GIFs, charts, and more.
4:01 You can even embed PowerPoint or PDF files, which is super useful.
4:04 For now, Iāll just add an image.
4:06 And the best part is that you can search for them right here without having to open a new tab on your browser.
4:11 Finally, letās check the export and collaboration options.
4:14 If you click Share, you can generate a link so others can view or present it.
4:19 You can also export it as a PDF.
4:24 Or if you want to work on it with others, click Collaborate to invite people to edit in real time.
4:28 Just keep in mind you will need an internet connection to present and edit.
4:32 Otherwise, you can upgrade to a paid subscription for offline access to your presentation.
4:36 Now, for the million-dollar question: can you download it to edit in other programs or use it offline?
4:42 The answer is⦠kind of.
4:46 At the moment, Prezi is incompatible with other presentation software for editing.
4:49 But you can upgrade your subscription to get the desktop app and access additional features like offline mode.
4:55 If you want to do this, just click on Download and select either Windows or Mac.
4:59 On Windows, it downloads as an .exe file, and on Mac as a zip file.
5:05 Once open, youāll have offline access to your presentations with all the effects, transitions, and animations intact.
5:09 So, what are my final thoughts?
5:11 My honest opinion is that Prezi is an incredibly useful program for creating presentations, and I really like how easy it is to use.
5:19 Itās crazy to think that presentations can now be done in a fraction of the time and still look this good.
5:25 So Iām excited to see what other features theyāll add in the future, and I canāt wait to test those out as well.
5:31 And thatās it.
5:32 Is this one of the best AI presentation makers of 2025? What do you guys think?
5:35 If you want to try it out, Iāve got an exclusive link in the description box below for a free trial.
5:40 So make sure to check it out, and Iāll see you in my next video.
