Transcript of Big Bang

The Big Bang
This outstanding explosion took place in almost a hundredth of a billionth of a trillionth of a trillionth of a second. This process is known as inflation due to the rapid increase in expansion.
The Beginning
Although, scientists doesn't even prove that the big bang actually occured, other than the fact that far out stars and planets are moving away from us and getting faster each second, it's just a realistic theory.
C.O.B.E. was made by NASA

This satellite is also referred to as Explorer 66

Calculates minute tempature variations

Launched in November 18, 1989
Einsteins Theory of Relativity
Einsteins Theory of Relativity is made up of special, and general relativity.

Helps explain some questions about the big bang model.

The Expanding Universe
The expanding universe is the cosmos expanding, at a certian rate, from the origin.

Therefore imporving the big bang model to be realistic.
How do we know there is an expanding universe?
We know because of Edwin Hubble's obeservation.

For example:

Inflation Theory
Is some what like how a ballon inflates, rapid at first but then slows.
The Big Bang Idea
Steady-State Theory: Claims that the cosmos is a now-obsolete expanding universe model alternative to the Big Bang theory of the Universe and its origin.

^depends on strong nuclear force
Big Bang Theory: Claims a theory that deduces a cataclysmic birth of the universe (big bang) from the observed expansion of the universe, cosmic background radiation, abundance of the elements, and the laws of physics.

^accepts homogenous and isotropic models

Heavy Weight Boxer

Basketball player in H.S.

The Big Bang was the cause of the universe, time, stars, planets, and everything.

At one point everything was in a hot and dense point.
Currently the thermodynamic tempature is 3 kelvins.

Theorized the Inflation theory at Cornell in 1978.

Made in the 1980's.
