When there is a new product/project or an improvement on an already existing product/project the managers in charge always approaches the communication department in time in order for the news to be published, same situation for the annual forum where the information about innovators, venue, guests etc. is always communicated in time to the communication department. The other topic that HiiL wants to capture with blogs, the business trips, has proved to be a lasting issue, due to the fact that the managers in charge of writing show no interest in writing these blogs.
