Michigan Blood provides employees with a basic life insurance policy.

You may request additional life insurance for yourself, spouse and children. Rates are based on age and the amount of benefit you select.

You have the option of deferring pre-tax or post-tax.
You are eligible after the first of the month following a 180-day qualifying period and obtain the age of 20 1/2 years of age at enrollment.
