How would you solve this problem if you had control over the laws of nature?
A task-oriented person often lacks EQ. To function well with other people, we need to understand where they are coming from, so as not to misread their intentions. We read body language & facial cues to determine how a person is feeling. We create an ability to feel or to experience another person’s feelings & circumstances. Empathy is thus a skill that can be learned or cultivated & it begins with you.
Sports usually have a set of rules which is good for character building. Most sports requires 2 or more participants which makes it good for relationship building. It is also easy to kick start, through casual or organised participation. You can play with family & friends & strangers (becomes friends). We can't find anything bad with sports. Find time for sports & you get rewarded with character & relationships.
