Similarity & Differences
Japan's story plot concentrated more on friendship and funny moments than the actual love story itself. Korean's story plot focused the story between the two main characters and how their relationship developed.
Nakatsu's personality versus Cha Eun-gyeol's personality
Unlike the Japanese version, the injury of the leading man was not caused by the leading lady.
Both version were adapted from the manga (
Hanazakari no Kimitachi e
) so they almost have the same scenes.
