Conclusion . .
Many countries suffer from obesity but America is the most country which has a lot of obese people. (Graham ,n.d)
The result of the comparative study -conducted in the last year- is that the proportion of women who are over 15 years old and suffer obesity; reached to 42% in the UAE(Admine,2011)
Eat healthy food.
Sleep well.
Drink a lot of water.
Eat fruits and vegetables.
Avoid saturated fat meals.
Exercises almost every day.
Organize your meal timing.
Quit junk food and soft drinks.
Try to walk instead of using cars or elevators more often.
Visit a nutrition center.
Decreasing the amount of candies and sweets.
Use suitable amount of salts in your food.
