Leonardo Da Vinci
Transcript of Leonardo Da Vinci
I was born April 15, 1452. I am known for my artistic skills, and was known to be one of the greatest artists in existence. The two pieces I am mostly known by would be the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper. Mona Lisa The Last Supper BUT... WAIT. Art wasn't the only thing I was focused on.
I also had a great thirst for knowledge. I preformed one of the first actual autopsy's, which has lead to great medical advancements up to today. Thanks to my studies you all now know more about medicine, the human body and how it one functions. Sketches and Inventions? AND..
There's MOORREEE! Flying Machines;
The Helicopter, the Winged Glider and Parachute.
~I sketched these machines, I also tried to
build them, to make my sketch true but failed since my thinking was so advanced that the technology needed wasn't yet in existence. Helicopter Parachute Winged Glider But it's thanks to my ideas that you now have parachutes and helicopters and other objects. I also created the first self-propelled car and a tank.
Yeah, it wasn't a fancy car but it was a huge advancement to a form of transportation. My tank was a form of defense from enemies. But, why am I important?
Well, because overall my inventions,sketches, art and ideas made a great advancement in architecture, medicine, and so much more.
I introduced a form of art, transportation, defense, and medicine to the world, which basically made a revolution in the world and formed the basis of much of modern life for you all. That's all,
Thank You! Hold Up,
