Broad Goal
Understand the information processign system.

A computer is an electronic device, operating under the control of instructions stored in its own memory

Essential Question
What is the Information Processing Cycle?
Explain the Information Processing System.
Describe the relationship between data and information.
Categorize the components of the Information Processing System.
Assessment
They will make a video of at least three minutes, where they explain the evolution of the Information Processing Cycle.
Activities
Students will work together in teams of five, they will be assign randomly.
They will be required task by consensus or concrete decisions based on analysis of a complex issue.
Ideally, tasks require student interdependence – in other words, they can’t do it on their own.
They will be encourage to identify the roles to promote thier interactiona.
They will have individual and group, and be accountable for completion of preparation and of the assignments.
They will have the opportunity of requiring pre-class preparation before beginning group work, calling on individual students in class to report back to the whole class, collecting individual work or basing a significant part of individual grades on behavior that promotes team success.
Each student will assess their peers work or effectivenes in the group.
