Pablo Picasso Biography
Pablo Picasso was born in 1881 in Malaga, Spain. He died in 1973 aged 91 in Mougins France. Picasso is classified by many art lovers as one of the best artist in the 20th century. Picasso's Father was a art teacher and knew that Pablo had a great talent. A major event that happen to Picasso was the death of his friend Carlos Casagemas. Many thing were happening in the world of art during Picasso's life time these things were the; the blue period, the rose period and the cubism period
Conceptual Practice
Pablo Picasso's religion was Christian Catholic. Picasso didn't have many different interests besides art which he loved. Picasso used emotional experiences to influence his artwork such as the death of his friend. Picasso paintings were mainly made on the back of his imagination



Material Practice
Pablo Picasso used many different materials and methods to create his create artworks. Some of the tools he used were oils, charcoal, chalk, etching and engraving burins, newspapers, rubber cement pottery. Picasso mainly belonged to the cubism period of art. Picasso co-founded the cubism technique with his good mate Georges Braques
