Interested in a Study Trip?

Click here for pre-registration
You will go through tabbed sections that ask for information and explain policies.
By completing all tabs and clicking Submit, you will become eligible to register for the Study Trip.

This is also where you will complete your Financial Aid Application.

Please Note: completing Step 1 does not automatically register you for a trip.

Complete the Legal Waiver
Opens Wednesday, March 12
8:45 am for Grads, Post-Baccs, Seniors and Juniors
12:00 pm for Sophomores
Quick Facts
You must complete Step 1: Pre-registration to be eligible for Step 2
It is okay to stop after Step 1- completing this step does not commit you to a trip
Make sure to clear any holds on your account
Most study trips have a maximum of 20 students
You can put your name on a waiting list at the Registrar's if the trip you want is full
Last steps:
Go back to SAIC Self-Service > Study Trips
Complete the tabs: My Info and Health Disclosure
Submit a copy of your passport to the Study Abroad Office (for international trips only)
These items MUST be completed before your departure
Attend an Info Session in February or March to meet faculty leaders and learn more about each trip.

Study Trip Forms
Step 1: Pre-registration outlines important information regarding participation in SAIC Study Trips. Anyone interested in a study trip must complete each step to confirm their eligibility.
Here is an example
Within 24 hours
$525 for international ($250 for most domestic trips)
Pay by credit card (Visa, Discover, American Express or MasterCard) or electronic check (ACH) via CASHNet
The deposit is non-refundable
Return to SAIC Self-Service> Study Trips
3 new tabs will appear: Legal Waiver, My Info, Health Disclosure.
Agree and submit the Legal Waiver tab within 24 hours
Don't forget the passport copy!
