I like to explain to you the problem the way I see it, the changes I suggest to avoid making the same mistake again. and Travels to Clients CASE-STUDY3 Action 2: Action 3: Sales Pitch - Castile Rides Castile Rides is a prominent hand car washing service serving the Bankstown region community. Castile Rides will be run by Nasser Hamowi, of the prominent Hamowi family. The Hamowi family has an increased reputation and has an ongoing successful rate from the legacy of its family name in business. The Hamowi family has been serving the Bankstown region for over 30 years with not only the service of car washing but also with the service of car service and car care making the assumption of elite professionals when it comes to vehicle concerns. Soapy ride’s vision statement is to provide premium car care, car service and premium car washing and specific detailing to a vehicle to the general public, specifically in the Bankstown region. Castile Rides also aims to be more recognised in new trendy areas that relates to the updated technology of car servicing which could also create a quick and better reputation for the business. To do this, we want our customers to feel the comfort and belonging towards Castile Rides by providing us with valuable feedback and material we can improve on to create a business with more than just a service. The reason why there is more than just a service is because such small attributes and small issues that are taken into consideration can change the nature of any customer into making a judgement that this type of business is different, having an effect of increasing the business’s reputation even more. Basically, the mission of Castile Rides is to provide
top quality washing and detailed service for luxury
car owners in the Bankstown Region hoping to
develop a new facility in new trendy areas for the
basis of keeping employees satisfied in order to
maintain 'belonging' customer service. What we're here for ... Basically, the business Castile Rides wants to mainly achieve a very high gross profit margin, main a modest, steadily growing net profit margin and expand into new and trendy locations predominantly for better customer service and by doing so, we need the support of a reputation increase to establish new, modern car wash facilities in trendy new areas for the relief of customer satisfaction. Including all the innovated equipment, Castile Rides could also use the support of a $113,500 increase for the mission to undergo.
