e. e cummings Born October 14, 1894 known as the experimental poet who spelled his name without capitals e.e cummings presented romantic attitudes in an eperimental style .
he would include unconventional
punctuation, and CapiTaLiZatiOn, and unusual line, word, and
even letter placements.
because of how strange he was and confusing he had a hard time getting people to publish his work. other then his strange ways mr.Cummings graduated from Harvard University, after graduating he became a ambulance driver and afterwards was imprisoned for 3 months in suspision of holding views critical of the French War effort. He then wrote the book "The Enourmous Room" providing material about his prison age. Throughout his life he was an American poet, painter, essayist, author, and playwright.His work encompasses approximately 2,900 poems, two autobiographical novels, four plays and several essays as well as numerous drawings and paintings. "And the reason that i laugh and breathe is oh love" This was one of Cummings paintings e.e Cummings then died September 3, 1962 because of a stroke "UnBeing Dead iSn't Being Alive"
