Reason why not to drink excessive alcohol
Excessive fats in the body will build up, clog arteries, etc. which will lead to heart attacks since the arteries will be clogged and the red blood cells will not be able to transport oxygen to the rest of the body. It may taste good but it also has a negative effect towards your body
There are many side health side effects of drinking excessive alcohol such as:
-Liver problems ( Cirrhosis of the liver)
-Brain damage or Dementia
-High blood pressure
-Irregular heart beat

Diabetes is a disease in which your body can't control the amount of fuel in your blood.
-High blood pressure
Your blood pressure is the force exerted by your heart, against the resistance created by the arteries, to keep blood flowing through your body.

How much can you drink for men and women
For low risk alcohol consumption men should drink four or less and women should drink three or less per day. Men should only drink 14 times per week while women should only drink 7 times. Women should drink less because women develop alcohol problems at lower levels of consumption than men. This is not saying men should go out and drink 14 times per week. It is just 14 times is a good amount of time which is low risk to drink in a week because beer is not the most healthiest thing to drink.
Low risk does not mean there is no risk at all. In some situations in which no level of drinking can be considered low-risk. It depends on your age , health conditions and situation. Here are some examples when you should not drink.
-When you are planning to drive
-If you are pregnant
-Medical conditions ( on medication that may react against the alcohol )
Exercising is also one one of a health eating habit , it helps because it burns excessive fat , sugar and etc.
Balancing your diet with exercise
Balance out your daily food intake and your
daily activities. Strict weight control diets don't work in the long run. Most people who lose weight typically gain it back along with a few extra pounds. Instead of going on a diet , you can eat well and be active.
When you start your balance eating with exercise you should take small steps. Change one thing and stick with it. Then after awhile add more. Small steps are better than large steps in the long term. Ways to do this would be
-Have a balanced breakfast every day. Eating breakfast is linked with having a healthy weight.
-Limit your intake of foods and beverages high in calories, fat and sugar, and low in nutrients.
-Be aware of when you eat and why. Listen to your body and eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full.
