The importance of 3 meals in a day
Breakfast- is very important meal because it is first
meal you eat in that day and breakfast is for getting energy for whole day.

Lunch-is to keep energy from breakfast and to feel
refreshed and ready to do a lot of things.
Dinner-is to have a very good sleep for 10 hours. If
you don't eat enough and you wake up ay midnight
it is hard to get back to very good sleep.
