A Shepherd's Journey Package one is a seven day trip through Spain and Morocco. While on this trip you will be able to enjoy the following activities; site-seeing, guided tours, meals at local restaurants, visits to museums, churches, landmarks, and everything in between. You will be staying at hotels which are all 3-stars or above, and hand picked by out trip advisers to give you the greatest quality at the best value.
Cost: $1,500 Tarifa, Spain Tarifa will be the starting point for your journey. Transportation arrangments to Tarifa are available upon request.
Once in Tarifa, you will spend the night at the Misiana Hotel, where you will have a restful night to prepare for your exciting trip the next day. The Misiana Hotel is a quite and clean hotel located in the heart of Tarifa. It is perfect for a good night's sleep before a long trip. Getares, Spain Once you arrive After a good night's sleep in Tarifa, you will start your journey by driving a rental car to Algeciras. Algeciras, Spain Algeciras is one of Spain's largest port towns that links Spain to Africa. You will spend two days viewing the sites and attractions that Algeciras has to offer. We have scheduled many fun things for you to do in Algeciras, while leaving you some free time to explore. Scheduled activities include:

Visiting an archaeological park Plaza Alta Your second stop in Algeciras will be Plaza Alta. Plaza Alta is an amazing sqaure in the middle of Algeciras. It is filled with incredible mosaics and many shops that you can browse. Archaeological Park Your first stop in Algeciras will be a visit to the archaeological park of the Merinies Walls of Algeciras. Bahia Water Park The final spot that is planned for Algeciras is the Bahia water park. This park is fun for everyone with many different kinds of slides, dives, and pools for the whole family. This is a great way to spend the afternoon of your second day before going to Malaga. Algeciras Suites Where will you stay while you do all these fun and exciting things? The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious. After two days in Algeciras you will drive your rental car to Malaga for another two fun filled days. Church of San Isidro Labrador Malaga to Tangier After you finish your two days in Malaga you will take a small twin engine plane from Malaga to Tangier. On this short flight you will be able to see an aerial view of the Spanish countryside. Picasso Art Museum Our first stop in Malaga is the Picasso Art Museum. It features many of Picasso's famous works. Picasso was born in Malaga and the people of Malaga are very proud of his accomplishments. Cueva del Gato Tarifa Cueva del Gato, or literally "The Cave of the Cat, is the above ground terminus of an underground river. The entrance is supposedly said to look like a cat's head, hence the name. Tangier A caving guide will be provided to tour with you and help anyone who might need assistance. After your night in Spain, you will take a quick ferry ride over to the city of Tangier in Morocco. Tarifa, Spain Tarifa will be the starting point for your journey. Cool waves lap up onto the grass covered shore, behind which many resorts have opened their doors. This location is very popular among people visiting Tangier for the first time. Medina of Tangier The Medina of Tangier is the older section of the city. It is filled with shops, food vendors, and street performers. Not many tourists take the journey to this side of the city, but the Medina of Tangier is a mostly untouched wonder of Tangier. You will be glad you visited. The American Legation Museum The Tangier American Legation Institute for Moroccan Studies, is a museum, cultural, and conference center, and the only US National Historic Landmark located in Tangier. It's halls are filled with articles showcasing the alliance between the U.S & morocco. Hotel Ibis Hotel Ibis is a beautiful and charming hotel in the middle of Tangier. This luxury hotel has a swimming pool, indoor lounges, sauna rooms, and much more along with large comfortable suites and an excellent staff. The Obelisk Wadi El Rayan Mosque of Amir Sulayman The Obelisk Wadi El Rayan is a series of connected lakes, rivers, and waterfalls. Swimming in the rivers and lakes is a popular activity. Locals have made a sport of jumping down the short falls. The Mosque of Amir Sulayman was built in the 14th century during the Ottoman empire. Even today, the building continues to attract locals and tourists alike for both religious and marveling reasons. The Obelisk of Faiyum, or better known to the locals as Abgig Obelisk, is a standing testament to all of the ancient rulers from the surrounding areas. Inscribed upon the stone are hundreds of names, all belonging to a historical person of power. Auberge du lac Faiyum The Auberge du lac Faiyum was once a hunting lodge for a king who lived in the area. After being vacant for around 50 years, it was refurbished and turned into a lodge for the public's use. Many good reviews have been given to the hotel and staff, and one night's stay is only around $90. Cairo The last stop in Package Two is Cairo, a city of wonders. In Cairo, you will experience:

Marketplace The Khan el-Khalili Marketplace, or as it is known to the locals, the Bazaar, is an extremely large and winding market area. It is easy to lose yourself among the many wares and items available for sale. Cairo Opera House The Cairo Opera House is an astoundingly huge theater famed for holding many well-known operas. Seeing just one show is a large treat for anyone who either lives in or visits the town of Cairo. Four Seasons Cairo The Four Seasons Cairo is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of the city. This hotel is priced at a reasonable rate of $145 per night, and is one of the best hotels in the area. Package Two:
The Pyramid Tour Package two is a two week journey through Spain, Morocco, and the Sahara Desert ending in Egypt. On this trip, you will get to experience the incredibly large Sahara Desert as you cross it in dune buggies. After crossing the Sahara, you will be greeted by the incredible sight of the Egyptian pyramids! You will get to camp in the desert each night while crossing the Sahara, and will stay in hotels which are all 3 stars or above once you arrive in Egypt. Cost: $3,000 After you finish in Cairo, an airplane will fly you back to the starting city of Tarifa. Last Stop Your vacation will conclude in Tarifa.
