Bath England Bath England was like the Hollywood of Great Britain two hundred years ago The buildings are all made of bath stone Fun Facts By Sarah Tiller It is the cover-girl of all cities . It has the most government protected buildings in England The roman influence in Bath England is the baths The bathes were not just a place to get clean but a place to get caught up with the local gossip there were 3 different baths in one bath house a cold one ,a warm one and a hot one people would usually stop by each one Curse tablets They were written in Latin If someone stole your clothes,towel,or fancy soap you would write a curse on the tablet and Sulis Minerva ,the roman goddess of healing ,would read it. Wouldn't that be a problem in the bathes?
