Plan you steps wisely and establish a time frame that allows you to carry out those steps

A goal should be grounded with the time frame

Develop a plan to spend quality time on your priorities.
If you found some time blocks that are not in line with what you want to be doing to your goals, you can begin to systematically change your life by taking control your time.
Start by Building a realistic time schedule or time budget that gives time to the activities that fit with your priorities and will help you reach your goal.
Finally, you must stick to your time schedule. Some Flexibility is necessary; of course take care of unexpected demands, but if you spend too much time on non-priority tasks, you will not meet your goal.
Ask yourself?
What is the most important task of my day?
What task requires most of my time?
What is the least important daily task?
What task would I like to have more time for?
Make a schedule of your daily priority activities
Record or monitor how much time your daily activities require
Create a schedule that list the accurate times of your daily activities
Decrease hours or minutes on to much time spent on one activities
Double up on some activities if it saves time for later
Try hard to be consistent with routine activities
Be Flexible
Always allow for interruptions or unexpected events
Schedule personal time for your self

Preparing for Employment
1) Learn all you can about your new employer.

2) Learn about their product lines, philosophies, and corporate culture

3) Plan what you are going to wear during the first week of work. Make sure you know what the dress code is at your new job.

4) Remember wear your most conservative outfit to start off, until you find out what is appropriate and what is not.

1) Plan the route you will take to work as well as some alternate routes.

2) Plan for heavy traffic or late bus routes

3) Set your alarm before work and get accustomed to waking up early

4) Pack a lunch

5) Arrange Child Care and possible back up plan - talk with family

6) Give daycare and/or school the necessary contact information for you during working hours.

7) Plan arriving 10-15 minuets early
