Period C It is a scientific law that states that matter can be neither created nor destroyed during a chemical reaction. It may however change form. What is Law of Conservation of Matter? If you have water, and then it freezes, it is still H2O, but has just changed form. Example: Pictures: Tell if the following video's follow the law of conservation . Activity time!!! It is a law so there is never a time that this can be proved wrong, or at least on earth.
