Recruitment Resources
Submit your internship/job description through Iona’s online career management system, and allow students/alumni to view your career opportunities online. You will be able to receive resumes and pre-select candidates to interview at no fee.
Arrange an open presentation with students to present information about your organization, industry, and hiring needs. These sessions enable employers to recruit potential candidates.
Employers select qualified candidates they wish to interview at their site.
Candidates are contacted by the Center for Career Development and scheduled for interviews on campus. Fall and Spring On-Campus Recruitment cycles are available
for your convenience.
Register for our annual Career Expo held in February to recruit for internships and full-time professional positions. It is an excellent opportunity to meet qualified undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni. Increase your visibility on campus and build name recognition among potential applicants.
