GRS will proactively search LinkedIn, Jigsaw, and Ladders for qualified professionals along with monitoring resume boards and job sites

$50,000 - $60,000

Incentive:
20% Comission based on sales
Currently calling on the trucking industry including both on and off highway
Ability to wear different hats including workign internally in engineering, marketing and sales
Will consider an inside sales, engineering or outside sales background
Ability to do 50% overnight travel
Industry knowledge is key, someone with direct product knowledge is a plus
Technically oriented person with a strong mechanical aptitude
Someone that is currently in the territory is a plus
Not a deal stopper if they haven't done overnight travel but it would be nice
Smaller organization where someone can make a large impact
In this role, you are always part of the decision making process without any politics
There's not a lot of stress because you are part of one team instead of 30,000 employees
This is a 50+ year old company tha tis actively growing and came into the US market about 15 years ago
You can start from the ground up and have the opportunity to get into other roles
Larry is going to retire eventually and there will need to be expansion management roles eventually
