GRS will proactively search LinkedIn, Monster and Indeed for qualified professionals. We will also leverage our industry specific LinkedIn groups and post the position on our web site that attracts candidates in your specific niche.

Base Salary:
$85,000 - $110,000
Experience with fluid power products is mandatory; pneumatic experience is preferred, but hydraulic can work
Could have experience with manufacturer or distributor of fluid power
Need to have experience managing outside sales people
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage the sales process
Ability to deal with OEMs and distribution
Ability to travel 50% overnight
Strong backing from the parent company
