How does confidence affect your results?
You can make someone better or worse at something by your actions like cheering or booing. If you have positive reactions they will get better. If you have negative reactions even though there the best at something you probably would not be as good as you were before. You could make a person that has no experience with basketball make at least one shot from the free throw line with positive reactions. And you could make someone good at basketball miss some of his shots with negative actions. Your body motions can play a big role
what part of the brain is confidence in?
The part of the brain of confidence is the Anterior cingulate cortex.(ACC) Its located in the front called the anterior. Scientist have proven that your Acc detects your errors and if they are actually errors.
How do people build confidence?
Always think positive, never think negative. Change how you are, if your in a bad mood try to think positive and be cheerful.
( Don't literally change yourself)
Belief you can achieve anything, don't doubt yourself be yourself, never change who you are just because someone tells you to.
