Transcript of students should have to stay in school until they are 18.

Most people are more successful in life and their jobs. In, 2009 average income by education stated that high school dropouts make $19,540. While, high school diploma make $27,380. Also Education Advocate Missy Remiss says dropouts "even have a higher likelihood of ending up in jail or on public assistance."
Reason 3
Many states want to limit the dropout numbers. The president has called on states to require students to stay in school until age 18 or graduation. Missy Remiss education advocate says that " 21 states plus the District of Columbia already have laws requiring students to stay in school until they are 18 or until they graduate."
Counter Argument
You could argue that students shouldn't have to stay in school until they are 18 because of family issues.
But here's the weakness if you are having family issues you could get your diploma online or go back to school after. You could also take night classes. So therefore, the choices are endless.
Conclusion
Students that finish high school can have a more successful life and job then your average high school drop out.
Reason 2
Dropping out can have a negative impact over the course of his or her life. Missy Remiss says "Those without a high school diploma have lower earnings, higher unemployment, lower job satisfaction." Even the president points out "When students don't walk away from their education, more of them walk the stage to get their diploma."
students should have to stay in school until they are 18.
