Transcript of Art

Art is anything that is created using imagination. Art. Paintings. Painting and drawing are essentially the same thing. They both capture something in still life. The only exception is comics which show actions. Architecture. Landscaping. Photography. Music. Cooking. Art is something that comes in many different forms
such as Painting, architecture, landscaping, pictures,
music, cooking, and mosaics. Famous painters have different styles or ways that they paint. Van Gogh for example made his paintings very textured. Others paint a scene that makes a face or person. Around the world there are buildings. And
some of those buildings are unique and
exotic in there shapes and forms. Architecture is the process and product of planning, designing, and constructing a building. Most buildings are tall and straight with flat or slanted roof. Some buildings though are rounded, twisted, joined to another, or in the shape of something we have in life. The interesting thing is that actually most of them are used for specific and important work. Mosaics. Landscaping is modifying the visible features of the
land into something you want. Sometimes the land can not be landscaped right away. In order to landscape the land a person has to grade or reshape it. Before beginning to landscape the person who is landscaping must draw a picture and take into account the dirt and rock that is left over and find a way to use it. Photography is the art, science, and practice of creating durable images by recording light or other electromagnetic radiation, either chemically or electrically. When someone takes a picture it is something like family, something cool they see close to home, somewhere they went on vacation, or anything random.

Professional photographers though usually take a picture of something they see in a way that catches the attention of someone and causes them to take another look. Music is the combination of sound and silence. In music there
is pitch, tempo, meter, and dynamics. All of these things are important in music. Pitch is how loud or soft something is, tempo is how fast or slow you go, meter is the pattern in music, and dynamics is basically every part of the music. They are differently textured and some of the painters painted specific things. All of these things varied from landscapes, people, daily life, or sporting events. Music is one of the oldest forms of art that we have. Music and instruments have been around for at least 40,000 years. Cooking is the art and practice of preparing food
by using something that is hot or cold in order to prepare something. Cooking has lasted for about 250,000 years. In the beginning cooks could only use ingredients that were local, but once trade started cooks could use more ingredients and create new foods. Since the world has become more connected types of food have spread and traditional food in one country can be found in a restaurant in a entirely different country. Mosaics are the art of creating a picture using small pieces of colored glass, stone, or other materials. Usually mosaics are found in buildings as part of the decoration or architecture. In Greek and Roman times mosaics were manly focused on mythological beings, but now they can be basically anything. Van Gogh, Beethoven, Elvis Presley John Lennon, Michael Jackson. Van Gogh was an painter who thought that none of his paintings were any good and cut off his ear because of lead poisoning. Beethoven was a famous composer who went deaf so he never really heard the last song he wrote. Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson both overdosed. Unlike Elvis though Michael Jackson bleached his skin. Last but not least John Lennon was shot by one of his fans who said he heard a voice that told him to shoot him. Now that I've written this I realize something. Most bad things happen to musicians. A lot of the time people use mosaics to make a picture of someone or something that they like. what Artist have in common. Most artists have a lot of patience. If you don't have patience then you will probably give up when you mess up.
Most artist also have a good imagination. Having imagination can help people draw something even if they can't see it.
Lastly most artists work hard and see what other people think of their art. Quotes. Art is the most intense mode of individualism that the world has ever known. A picture is a poem without words. Photography takes an instant out of time, altering life by holding it still. Very few people posses true artistic ability. It is therefor both unseemly and unproductive to irritate the situation by making an effort. If you have a burning, restless urge to write or paint, simply eat something sweet and the feeling will pass.
