**FIRST EMAIL TO CLIENT WITH JOB POSTING ON LINE**
I see that you are presently looking for an AP specialist. While you and I have not spoken just yet, my firm, Brittenford Staffing, is the only GP-Focused accounting and finance staffing firm in the mid Atlantic. What that must pass our proprietary Dynamics GP assessment and are vetted under a context of accounting and Dynamics GP.
In the DC market, unemployment for accounting professionals is very low, so our commitment to never waver on quality, using our accounting systems-focused SMART methodology, is more important than ever.
I have attached the resume of Sara Jones. She has three years of Dynamics GP experience and high volume, full-cycle AP experience. And, she can start immediately.
If you prefer to wait and see if you can find someone on your own, I certainly can appreciate that. If you like, once you have identified a few candidates through your own efforts, we would be happy to have them take our on-line GP assessment at no cost to you. These assessments will give you a good understanding of the prospective employee’s skill set and help you make an informed choice. We have assessments for AP, AR and General Ledger/Reporting.

As I mentioned, we do accounting and finance staffing here at Brittenford, but we do it differently. Everything we do is under a context of Deltek Vision. From a candidate perspective, each must pass our proprietary online Deltek Vision assessment before we invite them in for a face-to-face meeting. As it relates to our clients like you, we make sure to understand how you use your system, what add-on systems you use, and the specific types of candidate you look for, so that when you do have a staffing need, we are your best resource and our pre-qualified candidates arrive ready to be productive.

Thanks for taking a couple minutes out of your day to let me introduce our services to you. Just to reiterate, we specialize in GP focused accounting & finance staffing. Our company is designed to be an extended asset and tool for companies like yours.
• With regards to direct hires, there is usually a 20-25% fee, mainly depending on the specifications of the position.
• With temporary hires it is a little bit different, as the fee is even more primarily based on the scope of the vacant position, qualifications you are seeking, etc. Generally, it is a fluid case by case situation, and we can discuss with you more in the future. Rest assured, even though our methodology is new, our pricing model falls within industry standards.

Don't over communicate via email
Before sending, ask yourself if it's necessary.
Whenever possible, deliver bad news in person or at least on the phone. This will allow you to communicate with empathy, compassion and understanding.
Make good use of Subject Lines
Bad Example: Resume for your open position
Good Example: Resume | John Smith | Deltek | Available Now
Keep messages clear and brief
Don't try to communicate six ideas in one email.
If you must, use bullet points.
Close emails with "Regards" or "All the best" or "Yours sincerely", whatever is appropriate
Check, and double check, your tone
Remember, emails have no assisting body language.
